Judicial Warfare: Anomic Age Interviews Michael Volpe on Tragic Family Court and CPS Cases

(10/16/2020) Journalist Michael Volpe shares his story of how he began reporting on real life stories of families impacted by failures and corruption in the family court and CPS, and discusses several cases, in an interview with “Anomic Age”.

Michael Volpe On Anomic Age

 Some of the cases discussed:

1) https://theeprovocateur.blogspot.com/2020/08/california-cws-takes-three-year-under.html A California, John Barton, man says he three-year-old son was unjustly taken into state care by local Child Protective Services (CPS) on July 31, 2020. Barton believes his son may have suffered abuse in foster care. Barton and his wife are both products of foster care when they were growing up, and thinks makes him a target when dealing with social services. Barton was denied custody because social services determined that because he struggled with homelessness that he is neglectful of his son.

Note: Family First Act was applied into law on February 9, 2018, as a part of the Bipartisan Budget Act (HR. 1892). The Family First Act implements reforms to the child welfare system to better meet the needs of families by keeping children with families whenever possible, and using foster care or state placement as a last result. FFA offers support and resources for families to achieve this. It is unclear why John Bartonand his ex partner were not offered help, including securing stable housin, before their son was taken into state care. The FFA is designed to support parents like Barton, who is a loving, involved father who has been able to adequately provide for his son and is just in need of some additional assistance to help get through a challenging situation.

2) https://theeprovocateur.blogspot.com/2020/09/explosive-audio-reveals-details-behind.html Volpe investigates the unsual circumstances on how a local Minneapolis reporter gained an interview with the Rucki girls shortly after they ran away in 2013 (the girls ran as a direct result of the family court attempting to reunite them with an allegedly abusive father).

3) https://theeprovocateur.blogspot.com/2020/09/judge-uses-arbitrary-and-capricious.html Haley Luttrell, a mother from Kane County, Illinois, says she unjustly lost custody of her son in family court and her rights have been violated in proceedings. Luttrell was once a primary caregiver to her son and due to the court order, she has become forcibly estranged, and denied contact. Luttrell sought to improve her life, and that of her son, by entering law school, so that she could obtain a career that provided stability and increased financial resources. When Luttrell petitioned the court to temporarily move out of state in order to attend school, it triggered a series of events that resulted in her losing custody. There has never been any allegations or findings of maltreatment against Luttrell. She is now fighting to regain custody of her son, who she has not seen since before the pandemic began.

4) https://theeprovocateur.blogspot.com/2020/09/joannas-incredible-international.html Joanna Shugar was born in England. Her birth mother was a vulnerable teenager living in a group home in England; Joanna was conceived through rape, when her mother was only 13 years old. Authorities pressured the mother to abort but she refused. After birth, social services seized the baby. Joanna was later adopted an American couple, who severely abused her, until she entered Florida's chaotic foster care system.

5) https://theeprovocateur.blogspot.com/2020/10/tarrant-county-courts-examination.html An indepth look at Tarrant County' Taxas judicial and CPS system.

6) Volpe discusses idea on how to improve the family court and CPS system. He also reveals efforts to establish a website dedictedto reporting more in-depth on cases involving unjust family court and CPS cases in order to raise awareness and give victims a voice. Get Louder Fundraiser

Standing On the Soapbox: Grazzini-Rucki Case

Public Domain: https://www.pinclipart.com

September 7, 2019: Michael Volpe joins the Patriot's Soapbox to discuss “the attack on parenthood” or government invasion into the rights of parents, failures in the child protection system, the Melissa Diegal case and the Sandra Grazzini-Rucki case.

A new development in the Grazzini-Rucki case -  Michael Volpe has obtained copies of therapist notes from Dr. James H. Gilbertson  (“Jim”) that give an account of the events leading up to sisters Samantha and Gianna Rucki running away in April 2013, and provide a deeper look into the reunification therapy court ordered for the Rucki children by Judge David Knutson.

Dr. Gilbertson’s notes reveal that the Rucki children not only disclosed allegations of abuse to him but also displayed physical and emotional symptoms consistent with abuse or trauma. A shocking note from Dr. Gilbertson says that Samantha told Dr. Gilbertson that she felt if he forced her to go back into the home with her father that she would “come out in a body bag”.  Dr. Gilbertson dismissed Samantha’s safety concerns and, for over an hour, tried to persuade the teenager to have a face to face visit with the father she feared

Dr. James H. Gilbertson

Dr. Gilbertson’s “therapy” was provided solely force the Rucki children to recant abuse allegations and place them into the custody of their allegedly abusive father. As a direct result of the family court's failures to protect them from abuse, Samantha and Gianna Rucki ran away on April 19, 2013, choosing to live in hiding than be forced to live in a home where they felt they would be hurt. Had the family court, its judge David Knutson, and professionals done their job and truly advocated for the safety and well-being of the 5 Rucki children, this tragedy could have been avoided.

Grazzini-Rucki Case: Is the Public Getting the Truth or Just a Controlled Narrative?

The disempowered want change; those in power want predictability and consistency. The more you can guarantee predictability and consistency to those in power, the more those in power will reward you.

Those who report the news and shape public narratives are of particular interest to US oligarchs, who bought up the old media long ago and are doing everything in their power to secure influence over the new media as well...Because whoever controls the narrative controls the world.” - Caitlin Johnstone, “How the Media Controls the Narrative that Controls the World”:
https://www.sott.net/article/387268-How-the-media-controls-the-narrative-that-controls-the-world

Media coverage of the Grazzini-Rucki case has become just as controversial as the case itself. Allegations of domestic abuse, the family court covering up abuse and various forms of government corruption are all a part of this case...yet are being ignored in the mainstream news and commentary covering the case.

Sandra Grazzini-Rucki has not only spoken out about the injustices she experienced but has provided a large volume of evidence to support her claims, including court records, social service records, police reports, investigative reports, witness statements and more. It is due to the brave efforts of those willing to look deeper into the Grazzini-Rucki case – independent reporters, researchers, bloggers and silent whistle blowers – that the facts have finally been revealed, and documentation made available to the public. The facts support a startling truth – that Sandra and the five Rucki children have suffered horribly, and had their lives destroyed, first by domestic violence and then by a court and legal system that has acted in complicity with an identified perpetrator of their abuse.

Mainstream media has reported on the Grazzini-Rucki case on a very limited scope, omitting a large body information and parroting a single narrative – that Sandra is a vengeful ex-wife who hid her children as a way to spite a sympathetic ex-husband, David Rucki. The media is not talking about Rucki's abuse of Sandra and the children, and his lifelong history of violence. The testimony of the children, and their abuse allegations, and other reports substantiating abuse also suppressed. Mainstream media is not talking about the illegal and unethical actions of Minnesota's court and legal system in this case, that the vast body of evidence suggests that corruption could be occurring. Mainstream media has filtered the facts of the Grazzini-Rucki case, and suppressed information that does not support the “official narrative” they are pushing onto an impressionable public. Without hard evidence to support assertions, mainstream media uses a “because we said so” bravado to report under false pretenses.

A disturbing pattern has emerged suggesting efforts are being made to control information released to the public about the Grazzini-Rucki case:

· On April 8, 2016, ABC “20/20” featured an episode called “Footprints in the Snow” about sisters, Samantha and Gianna Rucki, who ran away during a custody dispute in April 2013; allegations of abuse were raised by both girls and ignored by the family court who sought to reunite them with the father, David Rucki, they feared. ABC has been accused of suppressing evidence of abuse in it's coverage of the Grazzini-Rucki case. Documentation has been leaked that shows that ABC had possession of evidence that was not included in its reporting on the case. Red Herring Alert blog both reported on, and provided evidence, that ABC 20/20 was given extension documentation about the Grazzini-Rucki case, and omitted crucial facts in telling the story. Did 20/20 manipulate the Rucki story to hide abuse?  and Footprints in the Snow or Wild Goose Chase? Did ABC 20/20 Edit Audio Recordings to Suppress Evidence of Abuse in the Grazzini-Rucki Case? Pt. 1
· Two blogs – Red Herring Alert and Carver County Corruption - both offering news and commentary, and sharing documentation, about the Grazzini-Rucki case have been removed from the internet after threats of legal action from David Rucki, and the attorneys representing him.David Rucki claims indigence, hires two private lawyers
· The owner of the Red Herring Alert blog, Dede Evavold, has not only been threatened with civil lawsuit for Rucki as a result of reporting on the case but has also been jailed for posting articles and fought her right to report on the case all the way up to Minnesota's appellate court. The reason why Red Herring Alert cannot be accessed is because Rucki finally succeeded in removing the blog from the internet, with the assistance of the Dakota County court who has acted in violation to Evavold's right to free speech, and right to petition the government for redress of grievances. First Amendment
· In June 2016, the owner of the Carver County Corruption (CCC) blog was threatened with a civil lawsuit by an attorney representing David Rucki and subsequently removed the blog from the internet. The web address of the CCC blog has been high jacked by Rucki's personal blogger, who now uses the name and address of CCC to trick anyone wanting to read another perspective on the case to visit his blog, where he spreads disinfo on the case.
· Immediately following the removal of the CCC blog, an interview occurred at the Lakeville police department with Samantha Rucki. S.R. ran away in April 2013 after the family court failed to protect her from abuse. She remained in hiding with her sister for two years before being discovered. S.R. 's story has always been consistent – she was a victim to, and witnessed, domestic abuse perpetrated by her father and wanted to be kept safe. During the interview, it was revealed that S.R. was reading the CCC blog and had knowledge of her parents' divorce. S.R. also stated that her father and paternal aunt pressured her to recant abuse allegations. Lakeville Police Dept Docs and  Pressured, Threatened S. Rucki Bravely Speaks Out Against “Horrendous” Family Court
· An advocate for judicial accountability, who watched part of the criminal trial involving Grazzini-Rucki and has written about the case says,”This writer has written previously on the Sandra Grazzini-Rucki Matter in Dakota County Minnesota, but your government has seen fit to scrub those articles from the internet. (Main Stream Media (MSM) has seen fit to not publish this writer’s previous articles on the Sandra Grazzini-Rucki matter.) In total, almost 200 of this writer’s blogs and several hundred of his posts and articles have been scrubbed from the Internet...HON or POS? Is Dakota County MN suspending the Rule of Law in the Sandra Grazzini-Rucki matter?
·  Journalist, Michael Volpe, has been threatened by Dr. Paul Reitman. Dr. Reitman is the psychologist who diagnosed Grazzini-Rucki with “parental alienation” after meeting her and the five children for just 30 minutes. Dr. Reitman prescribed foster care for the Rucki children and then de-programming and reunification therapy to “cure” them of alienation. The allegations of abuse raised by the children were ignored by Dr. Reitman. In an e-mail to Volpe, Dr. Reitman stated,I'm making $250000 a year working on cases like yours you son of a b****'s." This is a fact, as revealed in court records from Dr. Reitman's divorce, he reports his income to be $20,833 per month. Reitman also threatened physical violence against Volpe,”... Khan bring it home come see me let's have it out..” Approximately 50 e-mails were sent to Volpe from Dr. Reitman, another stated,”I'm waiting for you you mother sucker I know who you are you're a coward you're a pimp you are Hoare...Listen to me you and ramis go find a job you were firing as a cop you are a moron and incompetent idiot come see me I wanna take you on right now...No you won't respond cause you're a coward your horse Sandra is camping somebody."  Dr. Reitman is licensed psychologist with a PhD who, in identifying and referring to a former patient, as a “horse” who is being pimped out is not only disgusting..but also a violation of the  APA ETHICAL PRINCIPLES OF PSYCHOLOGISTS AND CODE OF CONDUCT  Reitman Claims Court Bias Against Sandra Grazzini-Rucki
· Sandra Grazzini-Rucki attempted to file a restraining order against Michael Brodkorb on two previous occassions. Brodkorb formerly worked as an online troll – he was paid to create smear campaigns and spread negative information against political targets. He also is a former reporter but has not worked for any media outlet since attaching himself to David Rucki, and exclusively covering the case 24/7 on his blog. Both restraining orders filed against Brodkorb were dismissed. In a strange twist, Minnesota's courts protect Brodkorb's right to free speech but deny the right to Dede Evavold – who has been punished for what Brodkorb is allowed to do. Brodkorb's blogging has been defended as being the result of “persistent journalism”. Brodkorb also says the HRO violates his 1st Amendment right to free speech; and that allegations are an attempt to get him to stop reporting on the case. These are the same arguments Evavold has raised in court but failed to persuade the judges of Minnesota, who granted the HRO against her filed by David Rucki (who filed on behalf of all 5 children, even the adult children who by law are required to file separate HRO petitions) and another filed by Brodkorb.
· The result of the harassment orders issued against Evavold could set a precedent for other cases of free speech and blogger's rights, creating a justification for courts to jail people and prevent them from writing articles, sharing articles or sharing social media posts.
· Evavold was ordered to remove posts from her blog relating to the Grazzini-Rucki case. The order was extended to remove hundreds of articles – even those not mentioning the case. Eventually the entire Red Herring Alert blog was removed from the internet.

Is the public getting the whole truth about the Grazzini-Rucki case or just a carefully written narrative from those with the most to hide?

Shocking E-Mails From Dr. Paul Reitman - Grazzini-Rucki Case

Shocking New Development in the Grazzini-Rucki Case: In a remarkable set of emails, Dr. Paul M. Reitman, PHD, a  Clinical/Forensic Psychologist located in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, admits the family court in Dakota County, and its presiding judge David Knutson, had a bias against Sandra Grazzini-Rucki and that he was paid $100,000 for his work, which included (falsely) diagnosing her with Parental Alienation Syndrome (in August 2012).  After Dr. Reitman's recommendation that the Rucki children immediately be removed from their mother's custody and placed in foster care,  Grazzini-Rucki was forcibly removed from her home and has been homeless ever since September 2012.

It should be noted that on April 12, 2013, just days before the two Grazzini-Rucki sisters ran away, due in part to Dr. Reitman's recommendation and the courts' failure to protect them from abuse, Dr. Reitman published an editorial titled In divorce, alienation a big risk in which the Grazzini-Rucki case is referenced.  Reitman admits that Parental Alienation sydrome was not considered a valid psychiatric disorder at the time he "diagnosed" Sandra Grazzini-Rucki and her 5 children. Dr. Reitman said,"Parental Alienation Syndrome, while rejected by the fifth edition of the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, or DSM-V, still remains to be a real phenomenon in my own professional opinion..."

"The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) is the handbook used by health care professionals in the United States and much of the world as the authoritative guide to the diagnosis of mental disorders. DSM contains descriptions, symptoms, and other criteria for diagnosing mental disorders." What is DSM and why is it important?

Since Parental Alienation has been rejected by the APA, its "cure" ie de-programming and reunification therapy also had not been professionally accepted as valid form of medical treatment at the time it was forced on the five Rucki children.

Dakota County Judge David Knuston

The e-mails resulted after an exchange between Dr. Reitman and investigative reporter, Michael Volpe.

"'Because the court hated her don't you know that of course I was court appointed by the judge and given a $100000 didn't know that',  Reitman said in one of approximately fifty emails sent to me on July 8, 2019.

Paul Reitman was appointed in late August 2012; he held one session with SGR and four of her five children- her son Nico did not attend- which lasted approximately a half hour. He then wrote a report and recommended Jim Gilbertson; that was the sum total of his contribution to the case.

If his email is accurate, he would have made thousands of dollars per hour..."

As a result of Dr. Reitman's report, an "emergency" telephone conference was held on September 5, 2012. Family court emergency hearings, by law, are reserved for issues that pose an immediate risk to the safety of the children. Yet the Dakota County family court, Judge David Knutson, Guardian ad Litem Julie Friedrich and Dr. Reitman ALL ignore the real emergency issue before them -- allegations of child sexual abuse.

Minnesota Guardian ad Litem Julie Friedrich

Page 13 of the court transcript from September 5, 2012,"(The Court) These new allegations, particularly with regarding sexual abuse and assault, which this Court has never been aware or heard anything about prior to this report from Dr. Reitman.."

Which means unnamed person reported sexual abuse to Dr. Reitman. By law, Dr. Reitman is a mandated reporter
and should have immediately contacted the proper authorities or CPS upon hearing allegations of abuse. Instead, Dr. Reitman ignores serious allegations of abuse that pose an immediate threat of harm to the Rucki children and recommends they be removed from the custody Sandra Grazzini-Rucki, the mother who fought to protect them!

If that were not bad enough, Dr. Reitman recommends "de-programming" and "reunification therapy" with the children and the alleged perpetrator. De-programming is the process to erase memories of abuse and replace them with positive thoughts of the perpetrator. According to court records, this happened to the Rucki children by forcing them to face "the object they fear most" (taken from the notes of Dr. James Gilbertson, therapist who treated the Rucki children) or the parent who has abused them, and their memories of abuse. Once the children have become "desensitized" (entering a state of traumatic amnesia or dissociation) they are programmed to form an attachment or "reunify" with the perpetrator. In order for "reunification therapy" to work the bond with the safe, loving parent or any other object of safety must be removed so that the child has no other choice but to become totally reliant on the therapist, and the abuser, for their own survival. It seems shock, trauma and brainwashing is the only way to reunite children with an identified perpetrator of physical, mental or sexual abuse because no child would naturally want to be in contact with someone who has harmed them.

Judge David Knutson issued a court order on September 7, 2012, removing Grazzini-Rucki from her home and moving in her ex-husband's sister Tammi Love to care for the five Rucki children. Love had previously lost custody of her own children due to drug abuse.

In June 2012, prior to being appointed to the Grazzini-Rucki case, Dr. Reitman faced disciplinary action for improper dual relationships, substandard documentation, and failure to protect client privacy. REITMAN AGREEMENT FOR CORRECTIVE ACTION

Dr. Reitman used Grazzini-Rucki case to re-establish his career, and promote himself as a parental alienation expert.

Reitman says about the Grazzini-Rucki case in the article published on April 12, 2013 (cited above): " It is my opinion that this deprogramming would be impossible to achieve if children continue to live with the parent they are aligned with. Although this is potentially controversial, the children would likely benefit in the long-term from being placed with a neutral relative, or in a therapeutic foster home.
I had a case whereby I recommended such a placement regarding a mother who was entrenched in resisting any type of reunification therapy, and the five children, ranging from 16 to 5, refused to see the father.  The mother, after resisting reunification therapy, then alleged sexual abuse by the father to the children.  The judge in the case did remove the children from the home. If the children are placed in a neutral environment, they will be more likely to disentangle their thoughts about the parent who has not seen them from the alienating beliefs they currently have, and reunification therapy cannot progress until this begins to happen...

Just a week after Dr. Reitman's article was published, the two oldest Rucki sisters ran away on April 19, 2013, after Judge Knutson again attempted to reunite them with their father, despite numerous allegations of abuse and accounts describing acts of domestic violence they had witnessed. The sisters remained in hiding for 2 years before being discovered living on a therapeutic horse ranch.
After being found in November 2015, the two Rucki girls told the court they preferred foster care over living with their father, David Rucki, and again recounted incidents of abuse at his hands.
The girls feel it is in their best interest for Dakota County to stay involved in this case, to remain in local foster care. They promise not to run from foster care.” Said Tanya Derby, a Dakota County Assistant Public Defender who attended a hearing on November 30, 2015. Rucki Girls Wanted Foster Care Over David Rucki

Despite their objections, the sisters were returned to their father's care after a CHIPS hearing. They were escorted from the courtroom under guard, and shipped to a rural ranch in California operated by Dr. Rebecca Bailey. The sisters were then subjected to de-programming and reunification therapy and returned to the care of their father. They would never see their mother again.
